Our exercise programs are based in Geelong, and are designed to keep you strong, mobile, and confident at any age. Whether you are looking to improve your balance, maintain flexibility, or enjoy moving with others, this is a safe and welcoming space to thrive.

HOW IT WORKS

We partner with retirement villages and other community spaces to bring Active Ageing fitness sessions directly to your community.

  • Small group focus - Sessions are delivered in small groups, supporting safe participation and personalised attention.

  • Choose your programs - We offer a range of programs for you to select from. Decide on one or participate in all; it is up to you.

  • FREE Resistance Bands - Every participant who signs up after their free trial will receive free bands to help them continue exercising at home. We do provide bands in case someone forgets their bands.

  • Low cost - Programs are delivered at accessible, community-friendly rates to support participation and long-term engagement.

  • Simple invoicing - Invoices are issued after program delivery, based on the confirmed session or group, ensuring a simple and transparent process.

  • Encourage consistency - Running more than one session a week helps residents stay active, social, and thriving.

  • Mind-Body connection - Concludes each session with guided reflection and feedback to support continuous improvement across your ongoing sessions.

  • Free trial session - We offer a complimentary first class to all participants, so your seniors can experience the program risk-free.

  • What to bring - We ask each participant to bring a water bottle.

LIFE-STAGE NUTRITION

Currently based in Melbourne’s north-eastern region, Life-Stage Nutrition builds on the foundation of the Eat Well, Feel Well program and focuses on understanding and adapting nutrition to meet your body’s changing needs as you age. This program focuses on practical nutrition strategies to support energy, strength, bone and heart health. and overall wellbeing for adults aged 55 and over.

Join us for weekly one-hour sessions over 4 weeks to learn practical ways to nourish your body for heart, brain, and bone health as well as maintain muscle and better support mobility. You will learn practical tips, explore healthier options, and gain confidence in eating well for a vibrant, active life - come along and see how small changes can make a big difference!
