The Mind-Body Program

Mind-Body community program based in Geelong is delivering functional fitness sessions to support strength, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing, contracted by health facilities and community health services.

The MIND-BODY PROGRAM

Our group classes offer full-body workouts that support a healthier lifestyle while fostering meaningful social connection. Based in Geelong, these classes are delivered in partnership with gyms, wellness spaces, community facilities and other organisations.

The Mind-Body Program is built around functional fitness - movements that support everyday life.

Each session includes:

  • Full-body functional exercises

  • Strength and stability work

  • Low-impact conditioning

  • Balance and coordination

  • Calorie-burning movement without high impact

Sessions are designed to help participants feel stronger, more capable, and more confident in their bodies while supporting long-term health and injury prevention.

Reconnecting Mind & Body

Movement isn’t just about exercise; it’s about awareness.

Throughout the session, participants are encouraged to:

  • Move with intention

  • Focus on posture, control, and breath

  • Listen to their body

  • Build confidence in their movement

The Mind-Body Program supports:

The goal is for participants to walk out feeling energised, balanced, and connected to their body.

Each class finishes with a short mindfulness and breathing component, allowing participants to slow down, reset, and leave feeling calm, grounded, and clear-headed.

This simple pause helps support mindset, stress management, and overall well-being, without overcomplicating the workout.

All members need to undergo a pre-screening to ensure client’s safety and identify any potential health risks before attending their first session.

Each program goes for 45-minutes and is changed up every day. All programs are tailored to the space, participants, and goals of the facility, making it easy to integrate into existing schedules.

Each session is taken by a certified and registered personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. At LIVIN’ ACTIVE, we believe in creating a safe, positive, and non-judgmental environment where everyone feels comfortable working toward their goals.
