At Livin’ Active, we support people of all ages through community-based programs delivered across the north-eastern suburbs of Melbourne and Geelong.

The Mind-Body Collective

The program, designed and led by a personal trainer, to help older adults stay strong, mobile, and connected. These sessions focus on gentle, low-impact movement, supporting balance, mobility, and overall well-being. The program will be delivered at retirement villages or other community spaces, using resistance bands for chair-based workouts. Contact us today to enquire about us coming to your facility. Our nutrition services support people to eat well at every stage of life. We deliver practical, evidence-informed programs that promote healthy habits and respond to the everyday nutrition needs across community, workplace, and life-stage settings. Each program follows a consistent framework while remaining flexible enough to adapt to different participant groups, organisational goals, and delivery environments. Our current suite includes Eat Well, Feel Well (foundational); LifeStage Nutrition (extension); and WorkWell Nutrition.

In February 2026, we are launching our Kindergarten movement and nutrition programs. These programs are educational, fun, and engaging, and facilitated by a Personal Trainer or Nutritionist. Programs target Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) outcomes. Enquire now to book in for 2026.

Our Primary School programs are launching in mid-2026. Further details will be shared with schools, including curriculum-aligned content, flexible delivery options and opportunities to partner with Livin’ Active. These programs are educational, fun, and engaging, and facilitated by a Personal Trainer or Nutritionist. Programs target Australian Curriculum outcomes.
